Terms
Starter terms for a pre-launch product. This is not attorney-drafted legal advice.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
Digital Fixes offers practical digital work after a request is reviewed. Submitting a request is not a purchase, not an accepted job, and not a promise that we can help. Some requests will be declined.
Quotes and payment
If a job is feasible, you will receive a quote before work begins. Substantive fulfillment starts after payment. Payment processing, when connected, will be handled by a third party. No payment method is collected in this phase.
Your materials
You are responsible for having the right to share any text, files, or URLs you send. You keep ownership of materials you provide. If work is later accepted and delivered, you receive the agreed deliverables; we may retain copies as needed to complete and support the job.
Prohibited requests
Do not request work that is illegal, that attacks other people or systems, that asks us to evade security, that requires executing untrusted code we cannot isolate, or that depends on secrets pasted into the public form. We may refuse any request.
No guarantees
The site is provided as-is while the product is being built. We do not guarantee that a category example can be fulfilled, that a request will be accepted, or that a deadline can be met until a quote says so.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, Digital Fixes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this pre-launch site. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
